About Us
Our AFH is operated by a Registered Nurse who is also certified in Wound and Ostomy care. She has years of experience in taking care of vulnerable adults in home health and hospital settings. Our caregivers are highly trained, compassionate, and professional. We specialize in and offer 24/7 care for residents with Dementia and Mental health diagnoses. Our home can accommodate 6 residents and offer a blend of shared or private rooms. We accept Private pay or Medicaid residents.
